All items are handmade to order in Manchester, England. 

 

rheabfunky is SLOW fashion. Which means it does take a little longer than your average high street shop to arrive with you, rheabfunky is a one woman show! i design, pattern cut, make, pack and post all items myself from my at home studio! 

I do my best to minimise damage to the environment (as the fashion industry being in the top 5 polluters to the earth) 

Its very exiting that more people care about where there clothes come from as well as their environmental impacts,  so I include some ways I do this below:

 

• postage bags are Made from recycled materials and are biodegradable 

• Packaging is biodegradable and recyclable 

• All scraps are used!    1. Made into patches for the patchwork items!      2.smaller scraps are sent to other small businesses to be used for their craft for example jewellery! (If you have need of small scraps for your own crafting drop me a @ and I can post some out to you! Only costs to cover postage are required).  3. I send the smallest and unusable scraps to charity to be used in furniture stuffings :)

• 90% of the fabrics are digitally printed to order in northern England, this printing process uses no water and is 100% vegan. 

• All of my paper patterns are made from recycle card! e.g. cereal boxes ect! 

• Free mending service! over time if you snag thread or rip your rheabfunky garments you can send them back to be mended anytime! (Only cost is to cover return postage)

Returns:

As items are handmade to order I don’t offer returns, all sales are final

all product pages have a size guide to help you choose the right size.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order this needs to be done within 1-2 days as once items have been cut they cannot be cancelled.

 

NEW: return for store credit!

If your really not feeling your new item and feel you won’t ever wear it I now offer returns for store credit

(This does not include custom orders or briefs/ leotards)

To return for store credit contact within 5 days of receiving your item

Original shipping costs are not included and it is the customers responsibility for return shipping

Once returned items are received and are unworn, un damaged and unwashed I will email you with your store credit Code which is valid for 3 months!

 

 

If items are faulty I accept returns and refunds/ please contact me within 4 days of receiving if theres an issue

 

if your items arrive and don’t fit I do offer size exchanges! This does not include leotards, swim bottoms for hygiene reasons :)

How to  get a size exchange:

1. Message me on Instagram @rbfunkycreations or email rheabfunky@gmail.com 

2. I will then give you return address 

3. Send back the items including a note with the following info: order number, name, return address, new sizes 

4. for size exchanges please allow the usual turnaround time for your new items to be remade and posted (this fluctuates depending on how busy I am at the time and is always updated in my insta bio!)

5. Postage costs for exchanges need to be paid before items can be posted back to you

Postage info:

Tracked postage is always recommended!!!  

I offer the non tracked postage as a cheaper but it is not recommended.

 

If in the very rare occasion that your non tracked parcel is lost in the post I cannot be held responsible. 

I keep all proof of postage receipts and these can be sent to you upon request.

If you need your items for a specific date please contact me beforehand and if possible I can fast track your order! 

In some cases for international orders customs can hold items and delay given postage times which is beyond my control and cannot be held accountable for this/ or accept returns for items arriving late for events.

-lots of cutting!-

-pattern cutting

-cutting out pattern pieces, straps, garments 

-learning/ using machines (its okay if your unfamiliar with these as I can teach you how to use them)

Overlocker, coverstitch and sewing machine

-cutting ironing and sewing in labels

-photographing items (get creative!)

-designing and making your own item to keep

-beading/ vynl designs / appliqué work 

-patchwork cutting 

-helping replenish a back stock of items 

-post office/supply runs 

 

Extra info: I run rheabfunky from my home studio (spare room)  in Manchester NQ, with super accessable public transport! this is a laid back workspace and includes lots of tea and snacks!
