Rheabfunky rara skirt
Skirt details:
-  swirly design in red and black on waist
-  3 frill layers
- mix of warm tone velvets with crushed and devore textures
Handmade with love by me in my manchester studio
Each skirt is unique and takes 3-6 hours depending on the style and details
All rara skirts are stretchy
The skirts are specially unique as most cannot be remade, i handpick deadstock and new (mostly) velvet fabrics mixed in with other strecthy fabrics
