Rheabfunky rara skirt
Skirt details:
- lilac velvet all over
- one top frill is made from patchwork of frill cut offs sewn together so no waste!
- 3 frills

Each skirt is unique and takes 3-6 hours depending on the style and details
All rara skirts are stretchy
The skirts are specially unique as most cannot be remade, i handpick deadstock and new (mostly) velvet fabrics mixed in with other strecthy fabrics
