WHATS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
I currently do not take returns, however you can return for store credit as long as its sent back within the 14 day window of receiving your item.
Returned items need to be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when they was received

WILL SOLD OUT STYLES BE REMADE?
Sometimes yes, but not always identical.
I repeat colour combinations often so if your dream outfit is sold out its very likely i'll make something similar in the future.
You can message me anytime to ask about specific styles
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
All of my product pages have a size chart link
Also worth noting all my items are stretchy so there’s always some give!
Some items come up different to others ie very high stretch -this is usually noted in the description but in some cases a small would fit.a small but also a medium easily
depending on the fabrics stretch so feel free to message me and ask the stretch level and ill get back yo you asap
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND COST?
All my items are now made and ready to ship
Uk shipping is 48hr £5 tracked
International shipping eg USA, AUSTRALIA is 5-7 workings days £23 tracked
EUROPE 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS £15 tracked
Plus processing time:
I go to the post office once a week so this can vary between 1-5 days

DO YOU DO PETITE / PLUS SIZES?
My pre made website sizes are XS, S, M, L, XL
For XXS and 2XL,3XL & 4XL I can do a custom order for you anytime, the price points are the same but there is a wait time

DO YOU DO PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, a non refundable deposit is required 25% of the item/s value
How it works:
Drop me a message with the item you’d like to purchase
Ill send you a secure pay link for 25%
Once this is payed I keep it aside until full payment is made
Over instalments of your choice
Once its paid off I then post it to you
DO YOU DO COLLABS?
YES FOR:
In some cases I lend out to students, photographers or other creatives to be used in shoots or shows
These are UK only with some exceptions

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

I just don’t have the time, there’s only me designing, sewing, making patterns, photographing and packing orders
My fave part of running rheabfunky is trying out new colours, choosing fabrics and being able to do something new everyday
Having a list of custom orders means I don’t have full creative freedom everyday and without that whats the point :p
HOW DO I WASH MY PIECES?
I recommend hand washing all items in cool water faeries!

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DROP NEW PIECES?
Weekdays every other day.

I no longer do large drops but i may do again in the future, i add new pieces to my website every other day on weekdays
